Privacy notice
Updated October 28, 2026. Tech2Table uses the details you provide to process registration interest, verify your mobile number, plan events, and follow up about your participation.
Information you provide
Registration asks for your name, email, company, title, industry, city, state or country, participation interest, and mobile number. A LinkedIn profile is optional. We record your privacy acknowledgment, verification-text consent, and verification outcome.
Throwdown Verdict feedback
The Throwdown Verdict collects your name, event email, optional company and job title, product feedback, current solutions, plans, comments, and follow-up preferences. Responses are kept with the event they relate to. Contact details and product responses are shared with a vendor only if you explicitly give permission for that vendor. Follow-up choices do not enroll you in marketing or automatically schedule a meeting. The email you provide is self-reported and is not verified by this form.
Storage and services
Tech2Table registration records are stored in a dedicated Cloudflare database. AWS End User Messaging is used to deliver verification texts when live SMS is enabled. Tech2Table registrations are separate from Mojo’s registration records. No payment details are collected by this form.
Verification and security
Verification codes expire after ten minutes. The server stores a protected hash of each code rather than the code itself. Temporary verification records are removed during routine cleanup after expiry. An essential, HttpOnly session cookie connects verification to your current registration; it expires after 30 minutes. A separate essential feedback cookie links submissions and retries to your current browser session and expires after two hours. Throwdown Verdict responses are stored in the same dedicated Tech2Table database, separately from Mojo data. Requests are rate-limited to reduce misuse.
Your choices and contact details
Your contact details are not shared with presenting vendors without your permission. This registration does not sign you up for marketing texts or grant rights to publish your name, image, or company. Contact [email protected] to ask about access, correction, or deletion of your registration information. We retain registration details for event planning and related follow-up unless you request deletion or they are no longer needed.
Local previews
When a page is labeled Local preview, no text is sent. Test codes are displayed on that page, and test registrations stay in the developer’s local database. They are not production event registrations.
